We always recommend making reservations, we are a very small tea room that fills up quickly, especially during lunch hour.
Groups of 6 or more AND those that wish to pre-order High Tea requires us to take a credit card number to hold these reservations. Please call (905)690-9987 rather than using the form below.
All reservations will be confirmed through a reply email or by phone, please wait for your confirmation or call the shop if you haven't heard in 24hrs.
Due to an issue of hacking, we have had to temporarily suspend our online reservation form.
Please make all reservations by phone, we are unable to check our email account at this time. We are working very hard to fix this problem in the hopes that our reservation form will be back up and running ASAP for your convenience.
If you had placed a reservation using this online form on or after Tuesday, January 24th and have not heard a response please call the shop as we possibly have not been able to access your information, thank you.
Our Cancellation Policy
For groups of 6+ and pre-orders of any sort we take a credit card # at the time of booking. We ask that if you know that you cannot make your reservation please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellation. If we are not notified in time a minimum charge of $10.50/person who does not show up or 40% of your total bill will be charged to the card given.
Please note that for groups of 6+ a 20% gratuity is included on the bill.
