Tea At The White House is located in the heart of Waterdown, Ontario in a beautifully restored century home. Inside we offer an exclusive gift shop as well as two cozy tea rooms with seating for 26, and in the summer an outdoor deck.
The Tea Shop...
Our Tea Room guests are encouraged to sample one of our 110 varieties of loose tea including a wide range of black and green teas, flavoured teas, specialty blends and traditional and non-traditional herbal tisanes. We offer a "tea-licious" guarantee that allows you to try a variety of teas. If you don't like your choice, we offer a complimentary tea on the house.
Our Tea Room offers a small, select lunch menu with light, healthy choices as well as an exclusive Afternoon Tea Menu. Everything is made fresh daily using local produce, and changes with the season. Tea At The White House specialties include fresh baked scones served with double Devon cream and preserves, and an assortment of homemade desserts.
Moreover, Tea At The White House has evolved to bring our quality tea experience to customers off the premises. Tea At The White House has developed and created an exclusive menu for The Magnolia House Spa, Salon and Boutique, an accredited member of the Premier Spas of Ontario. So why not indulge in a day of pampering with luxurious treatments at the Magnolia House Spa? Make your visit to Magnolia House truly unforgettable by sampling from our delicious spa menu, with the same flawless attention to detail that you have come to expect of your favorite tearoom.
In addition to our Lunch and Afternoon tea menus served on and off the premises, our Shop features an extensive variety of teas, tea-related gifts and accessories. Tea At The White House prides itself on having everything to help you make the perfect cup of tea, and for that difficult gift, we offer custom-made gift baskets and gift certificates.
